Infor P2P expertise Duration 12 Months+

Overview Our client is collaborating with the accounts payable team to enhance invoice processing. They are replacing Hyland Onbase with Infor IDM and IDP, as Onbase does not meet their needs. Engagement
Our client will review and recommend process improvements, outlining a 12- to 18-month roadmap.
The role:
We are seeking Infor P2P expertise that is familiar with IDM and IDP, to provide our team with Infor support and enhance our recommendations as follows:
Assess the current AP Infor configuration to ensure it is properly defined and implemented.
Evaluate and improve client imaging and data capture requirements.
Offer a professional assessment of product limitations and suggested risk mitigation actions.
Deliverables:
Infor AP suggested training needs
Configuration change recommendations
Finalized list of requirements
Risk Mitigation recommendations
