Miami, FL Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Senior level Full Job Description IT Business Systems Analyst Position Summary To lead the integration, optimization, and management of manufacturing and planning systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system integration and a strong foundation in real-time, continuous-flow manufacturing operations and planning systems. This role is essential to ensuring our manufacturing systems support the company’s growth, scalability, and operational excellence. Work with all departments, as well as the corporate office in Boca Raton, FL, facilities in Davenport, FL, Haines City FL, Dallas TX and Tempe AZ, vendors, and consultants to deliver high quality integrated process flows at each facility and across the operations. Key Responsibilities System Integration and Optimization Design, implement, and maintain integrations between manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, TMS, ignition). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and ensure seamless operation across systems. Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve manufacturing workflows. Support Continuous Manufacturing Operations Work closely with operations teams to understand and address system requirements for real-time, continuous-flow manufacturing processes. Develop and support integration with real-time monitoring and analytics tools to improve production efficiency, traceability, and reduce downtime. Collaborate with vendors to design and implement integrations to improve data flows across multiple enterprise systems to reduce manual entry. Strategic Planning and Scalability Partner with IT leadership and operational stakeholders to align manufacturing systems with the company’s growth strategy. Assess current systems for scalability and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Project Management and Support Manage end-to-end projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and integration efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective system utilization.
