Work Requirements:

US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Systems Analyst I Responsibilities Design and execute test scripts on software applications based on software requirements and technical specifications.
Record and document testing results andpare to expected results.
Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
Researching prior enhancements made to the software in order to understand expected performance.
Documenting new enhancements clearly and concisely so that associates can understand what changes are being made to the software applications and understand how it affects the work.
Provide application instruction and support for associates.
Ensurepliance with recordkeeping by following department procedures for documentation retention of all enhancements made to the software applications. create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks)
Implement software development life cycle for all project steps and phases and provide technical support during each phase.
Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.
Utilizemunication skills, both written and verbal, to presentplex information clearly and concisely.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Skills Mortgage Lending Experience (Operations or Production), 5 years preferred, 2 years required.
Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or aparable role within a technology organization whether through employment or internship is desirable.
Basic experience/knowledge is required of all or some of the following: Epass Loan Origination System Additional Requirements Basic quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office
Strong oral and writtenmunication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and establish cooperative working relationships.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information.
