  • The Hardware Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders for computers, software, and peripherals.

This position involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively following up on established leads, and representing our comprehensive range of software and hardware products with a deep understanding of technical requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities•

Order Fulfillment:

Efficiently manage and fulfill client orders for computers, software, and peripherals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Representation:

Represent our diverse array of software and hardware products, demonstrating a thorough understanding of technical specifications and requirements.

Technical Expertise:

Interpret and communicate technical information effectively to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our products.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant information. Knowledge and Requirements

  • Proven experience in hardware and software fulfillment or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of computers, software, and peripherals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum years of work experience: 2 years Minimum level of education or education/experience: High School Diploma Physical Requirements
