Overview:
4 Corner Resources is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented System Support Analyst to support Maintenance Management and other system modules and technologies. This role will focus on data conversion, system troubleshooting, quality testing, onsite support/training, and complex data analytics. It requires a heavy emphasis on Excel and “big data” experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the integrity and efficiency of services related to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Resolve support tickets and perform system testing in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Communicate effectively with business partners and contribute to collaborative projects. Maintain and increase knowledge of Supply Chain and Maintenance business processes and regulations.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System analyst, Support Analyst or Data Analyst. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Effective presentation skills. Meticulous attention to data accuracy and quality. Analytical and process-oriented mindset. Enjoys travel and can adapt to occasional short-notice trips. Exceptional communication skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Excel Skills:
Advanced data filtering, sorting, and formatting. Expertise in combining and comparing worksheets. Proficiency in lookups (V, H, X), pivot tables, data validation, and various formulas/functions. Ability to create basic macros and use add-ins (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project/process design or improvement. Basic troubleshooting of systems, applications, and data. Proficiency in system testing and data report development. Background in Facilities/Biomedical fields. Prior training experience. 4CR3
