3 Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network and PC?s to assist with disaster recovery.
Analyse user support statistics and other data and recommend appropriate measures to management.
Assists in maintaining the operating system and security software utilised on the network, including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges. Good communication skills are essential.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Candidate should be a fast learner and practically minded.
Ability to solve problems analytically with quick resolve to minimized downtime of IT services.
