Duties and Responsibilities:
Track project status and effort for monthly and weeklyreleases: General project task tracking. Create deployment plans and other basic paperwork. Track the sign off approval status of features andchanges. Manage test environment deployments using Dev Ops tools such asJenkins and Harness. Direct production deployment bridge calls. Change management KPI tracking. Create and track paperwork required by auditors for productiondeployments.
Basic project tracking:
Craft meeting notes into actionable tasks. Track status, effort, and estimated completion dates.
Defect management and resolution tracking:
Work with cross-functional teams to identify technology needsand modifications. Add resolution information and corrective steps into thetroubleshooting documentation for recurring issues. Track resolution KPI metrics. Manage environment patching, database refreshes, and vendoroutages: Direct various team’s tasks. Track timelines for future outages. Track refresh KPI metrics regarding task completion. Environment performance and reliability monitoring. Maintain and add to the team’s documentation library: Prepare detailed flow charts, diagrams and other architecturaldocumentation outlining system capabilities and processes. How-to instructions. Maintain confidentiality regarding information and data beingprocessed, stored or accessed.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in project management, change management,or release coordination.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software,including operating systems, databases, network, applicationservers and services, middleware and peripherals. Knowledge of a range of diagnostic, audit, and supportutilities.
Knowledge of SharePoint:
Site page creation using Web Parts. Able to use Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of SDLC software such as Jira. Able to craft automation using MS Excel macros, Jiraautomation, etc. Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $60,800.00 – $76,000.00 and isbased on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity.
