Job Purpose:
To provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design Expertise:
Strong understanding of Hire to Retire process with cross-functional knowledge.
Coordination with Client and External agencies: Who can lead the discussions with client stakeholders and present end to end solutions.
Implementation and Configuration:
Design, configure, and customize the SAP ECP module to meet business requirements with specific experience in US Payroll end to end process understanding. Understanding Employee Central, Time Management (Time Tracking and Time Off) processes and its integration with Payroll module.
Integration:
Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central and Payroll, as well as other third-party systems.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure US payroll processes comply with local regulations.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP ECP module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand payroll processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience in
SAP HCM / EC
Payroll, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center process, Integrations with Benefitfocus, Transamerica, Fidelity, ADP SmartCompliance.
Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certification EC Payroll.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in payroll configuration, payroll schemas, and rules, as well as integration with SAP Financials and other 3 rd party applications like Benefitfocus, Fidelity, ADP.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize payroll processes.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
