Job Summary:
- Responsible for supporting the asset management function within Raymond James’ Technology department. This function is responsible for tracking branch software and hardware assets, as well as internal and external entitlements. The function is also responsible for facilitating branch asset inventory compliance with Raymond James software/hardware policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Controls, tracks, and updates the receipt, identification, categorization, recording, and documentation of all IT assets for all hardware, software, and infrastructure assets.
+ Support in defining, managing and governing IT Asset Management Processes for our branches including: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Asset Disposal, Asset Audit + Hardware / software internal record keeping. + Act as point of contact for Asset Management escalations from the branches. + Experience with Service Now’s asset management module preferred but not required. + Drive automation of IT Asset Processes, identifying opportunities for enhancements or efficiencies + Coordinates with other stakeholders as needed to ensure branch compliance for hardware and software assets. + May perform quality assurance on databases, systems, audits, and scans. + Support IT Asset Management day to day activities. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- + ServiceNow experience + Financial services industry experience + Requirements gathering, issue tracking, risk management + Working knowledge of ITAM Lifecycle.

Skills:
- + Data analysis, imports, audits, and reporting + Microsoft Office Products + Effective Communication + ServiceNow Solutions preferred (ITSM, SAM Pro, HAM, etc.)
