• Position Summary:

• The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level systems and infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership in project execution, and a proactive approach to system optimization and security.

• Minimum Qualifications:

• + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems engineering or administration.

• Technical Skills & Experience:

• +

Enterprise Systems Management:

Design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019/Exchange Online). + Administration of ProofPoint (Secure Email Gateway, TRAP, TAP, EFD) in multi-site environments. +

Automation & Scripting:

Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration. +

Monitoring & Analysis:

Proficient in Datadog and Splunk for system monitoring and event correlation. +

Infrastructure & Security:

Deep knowledge of IP networking, Windows OS, Intel-based hardware, Active Directory, Group Policy, SAN, and virtualization technologies. + Implementation of enterprise security best practices.

• Certifications:

• + Non-required + Preferred certifications include Microsoft, ProofPoint, or VMware.

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• + Lead the administration and optimization of enterprise email and security systems.

+ Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT operations. + Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues using Datadog and Splunk. + Design and implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades. + Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and initiatives. + Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices. + Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards. + Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
