Position Summary:

The Systems Analyst supports the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise systems. This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional looking to grow their expertise in system operations, automation, and IT infrastructure within a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Enterprise Systems Support:

Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange and ProofPoint systems.

Automation & Scripting:

Basic PowerShell scripting for routine administrative tasks.

Monitoring & Alerts:

Use tools like Datadog and Splunk to monitor system health and escalate issues.

Infrastructure Knowledge:

Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts

Security Awareness:

Understand and follow security protocols and patching procedures.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support the administration of enterprise email and security systems. Monitor system alerts and performance metrics; escalate issues as needed. Assist in writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in system updates, patching, and routine maintenance. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for system-related issues. Collaborate with senior analysts and engineers on IT projects Contribute to the development of user guides and standard operating procedures. Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
