Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Documentation Analyst is responsible for developing documentation of business processes and systems. Manages documentation for smaller projects and processes. Work may be reviewed by more experienced analyst.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Researches and compiles data relative to smaller-scale, less complex processes.
Prepares new or reviews and updates existing documentation.
Assists in identifying new documentation or modifications to existing documentation.
May assist in research of larger-scale projects and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires H.S. diploma; 0-2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Specialty pharmacy experience.
Medical terminology knowledge.
Billing experience.
BA/BS.
