IAM L3 Analyst | Gainesville or St. Augustine| Full-Time Position Available In St. Johns, Florida

Overview Responsible for enterprise level user access management and support; creating, modifying, terminating and maintaining accounts for multiple complex computer applications, directories and domains, in support of clinical and academic users. Responsibilities Responsibilities include participating in regular IT Audits; representing IAM in IT meetings; and in projects; troubleshooting and resolving complex problems without assistance. This position requires gathering information from multiple sources, analyzing and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions to ensure access is provisioned appropriately and maintained in compliance with Audit and Privacy requirements. Employee will utilize policies, existing knowledge bases and tools available to assist in formulation of access recommendations and solutions. Operational knowledge of Privacy and Audit standards are required. The employee must assimilate customer requirements, utilize standard IS, Audit and Privacy methodologies, and gather information from various sources when designing access solutions for business needs and projects with defined scope. This position is largely self-directed, with expectation of independent decision making; working within a general framework established by management. The employee will be required to access information considered “confidential and protected” by the organization to determine appropriate access; and ensure compliance with Audit and Privacy requirements. The employee must comply with all relevant policies and procedures related to to user access and disclosure of this information and policies related to the security of the organization’s information systems.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

Associate’s Degree (AA or AS), plus 6 months of relevant work experience required; however an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or an applicable field may be substituted for experience. Working knowledge of the information technology field is required, with access management experience preferred. Must have knowledge of and experience using software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases). Must have strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
