ADP is hiring a GlobalView Application Services Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd level postlive issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes specifically investigation, solution identification, rmendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation. Lead is escalation.
Prepare functional specifications and change control requests; including design and configuration details. Test and document change control requests. Lead handles mostplex
Provide consulting services to client base. Provide guidance on design and configuration ofplex solutions as well as provide functionaltechnical expertise. Develop and conduct lifecycle miniproject solutions. Lead handles mostplex.
Deliver effective clientmunications and ticket managementresolution via CRM. Ensure that customer needs are addressed; work with GlobalView Product Manager on items that are not currently part of client’s current offering.
Communicate effectively with ADP ancillary services. Liaise with Service Delivery Coordinators Account Management. Attend client facing meetings as required
Assess Support Pack configuration. Modify subsequent configuration and testing activities arising out of support pack application.
Identify, manage and test SAP Note application as an Advanced Correction.
Create and send Customer messages to SAP to request support and corrections
specialist knowledge in country andor functional area to improve solution and services with a whole client approach.
Provide mentoring support and guidance to other consultants on areas of expertise
Lead develop,anize and lead team, including coaching, training, monitor and manage work activity. Resource planning and scheduling. Input into interview and selection process. Participate and provide input on developmentalperformance activities of team.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Technology Specific Job Requirements:
SAP PayrollHR application experience including EnterprisePersonnel structure, payroll configuration, rules and schemas, International Leave, Postings to Finance, Understanding of Authorizations, Time Management Configuration
Excellent Understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology
Understanding of Employee Self ServicePortal.
Experience:
35 Years of Directly Related Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze support issues logged in accordance with clients’ SLA.
Prepare functional specifications and change control requests, including design and configuration details.
Provide consulting services to client base.
Perform Configuration and resolve client issues based on the ticketing systemCRM.
Provide guidance on design and configuration ofplex solutions as well as provide functionaltechnical expertise.
Knowledge of FICA limits, Tax er, SAP Note BSI TUB updates and Year End activities.
Ensure client and support center documentation are maintained.
Deliver effective clientmunications and ticket managementresolution via CRM.
Ensure that customer needs are addressed; work with Global View Product Manager on items that are not currently part of client’s current offering.
Communicate effectively with ADP ancillary services.

Technical Skills Needed:
Strong SAP PayrollHR application experience with specific knowledge of: EnterprisePersonnel Structure
SAP Payroll Configuration Rules and schemas, Wage Types, Overpayment Functionality
Postings to finance
Excellent understanding of US Payroll Processing Methodology
SAP HCM Integration with other products and Interfaces will be an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
Must have 5+ years of proven handson SAP Payroll configuration consulting experience in the US andor Canada.
SAP certification or equivalent SAP work experience.
