RESPONSIBILITIES

) The Specialist will ensure the effective management and optimization of the HR Smartsheet platform and other related tools, enabling streamlined project execution and enhanced visibility across HR initiatives. This position plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional efforts, maintaining governance, and supporting operational excellence through process design, reporting, and continuous improvement.

More about the position:

Administer and continuously enhance the Smartsheet platform, including Control Center, Dashboards, Data Shuttle, and Dynamic View, to drive visibility, efficiency, and scalability across HR projects. Partner with stakeholders across PPQ, IT, Supply Chain, and Security to align project priorities, ensure compliance, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Lead and facilitate weekly HR Project Governance and Intake & Portfolio Sync meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making across the HR project portfolio. Develop and implement strategic workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources to promote operational excellence and consistency within HR-PPQ processes. Provide day-to-day support for HR-PPQ teams by managing the internal PPQ ticketing system, resolving project-related issues, and maintaining project plans and workspaces. Regularly assess and optimize existing workflows, dashboards, and reports to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Respond to custom reporting and executive dashboard requests, delivering tailored solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

(MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

) Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or platform administration, preferably within HR or cross-functional environments.

Smartsheet Core Product Certification Smartsheet Project Management Certification Functional Competencies and Skills needed: Smartsheet expertise Process design and optimization Technical communication Project management Stakeholder management Data integrity and compliance Problem solving & Critical thinking Change management Fluency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment Must possess ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals within the company, clients, technology partners, and vendor organizations The ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Ability to manage highly confidential materials and issues effectively Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
