Buford-Main Office Job Information The Channel Operations Teams’ focus is to provide excellent customer service support through the translation of customer orders into actionable responsibilities resulting in a finished product that is customer ready. The Channel Operations Specialist will process, monitor, and report on the full cycle of whole goods order activity.

Role & Responsibility Complete Machine Order Management:

+ Manual entry of orders for all channels that do not access sales portal. + Review all orders and change requests entered and dealer notes in dealer portal for configuration, pricing, and terms accuracy. + Communicate with account representative(s) for additional information. + Coordinate Special Quotation (SQ) with internal stakeholders. + Verify orders to ensure correct eligibility and application of PSD programs. + Make any order corrections necessary to ensure customers receive a quality product built to expectation. + Responsible for processing, scheduling, expediting, and updating sales orders to meet the dealer and customer requirements. + Determining port of entry, warehouse location. + Obtain and apply extensive product knowledge of product line, including available options and configurations. + Participate in training events to stay updated on new products and options. + Coordinate shipment and delivery of machines to channel partners. + Internal communication as required, to meet and fulfill unique requested products or configurations. + Credit check prior to releasing trucks to logistics

Inventory Management:

+ Monitor Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) for opportunities to reconfigure to meet customers’ lead-time/request. + Issue work order to warehouse for truck modifications. + Monitor and issue stock transfer orders and 3rd party POs. + Monitor aged inventory for sales opportunities and communication to channel partners. + Determine appropriate source for product and accessories, enter and release parts orders for modification

Operations Support:

+ Responsible for scheduling all standard machine orders. + Work with Modification/Production to schedule highly configured machines. + Attend and participate in bi-weekly meeting with DBKR to review SQ and pending issues.

Marketing and Channel Support:

+ Develop relationships and work with regional and district managers, dealers, and national rental account managers. + Front line contact for assigned accounts, providing direction and support on sales portal, pricing, availability, order fulfillment, order status, and lead times. + Manage backlog to best meet customer needs.

Education Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. +

Experience Required:

0>2 years of experience. + Inside Sales, Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and/or Customer Service experience preferred. + Experience supporting manufacturing, mechanical, technical, or engineering preferred. + Experience in a fast paced, deadline different position. + Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. + Update and interpret information available on routine reports. + Create professional correspondence for internal and external customers. + Able to complete basic math calculations such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. + Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry + Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. + Able to apply previous knowledge to new situations. + Able to process orders that may contain a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. + Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BBI; SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP system preferred. +
