Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Locust Grove site is looking for a new Information Systems Supervisor to join our Contract Logistics team. You will be reporting to the Information Systems Manager and provide the technical and functional interface between customer and national operations and the National IS team, as it relates to customer deployments and migrations, user training, system testing, process improvement opportunities, and support of WMS and related applications. How you create impact You will oversee and coach a team of local super users. You will train and support the local super users’ team and operations team on WMS/TMS-related topics and attached applications. Production and maintenance of training documentation and working instructions for IS/IT. Participate in quality and compliance audits. Monitor incident reporting queues (RT) including after-house support on a rotation basis for WMS/TMS and BI Create test plans, conduct and oversee testing for software release installation updates to the WMS and other applications You will be completing the setup of WMS/TMS user logins and profiles Assisting IS resources with WMS and surrounding systems configuration. What we would like you to bring Minimum Bachelor’ degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Technical and business knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) prefer experience with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, Manhattan, SAP or similar environments for 3 years or more.
