Management Analyst, Journeyman Robins AFB, Georgia Analyst 21365 Collect and analyze project data to advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information of the various assigned projects. This opportunity is located at Robins AFB, Georgia.
Qualifications Minimum Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD or other United States Government (USG) ISR/SOF Organizations. OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications, five of which must be in the DoD or other
USG ISR/SOF
Organizations.
Responsibilities Management Analyst/Journeyman:
The candidate will create spreadsheets, compose electronic mails, manage databases, maintain paper and electronic files, create documents, handle travel arrangements, set-up and manage video teleconferencing events and formal conferences, conduct weapon system performance analyses, prepare studies, communicate via electronic media, generate monthly higher headquarters reports, compile and maintain aircraft performance metrics and weapons system master plans, participate in Lean events and working groups, track and manage the Suspense Tracking System (STS), process Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), create and manage strategic type plans/ documents and any and all types of briefings, filing, telephone communications, and perform access control. In addition, prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management.
