Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As a part of PA Engineering group, Senior Associate, Document Control is responsible for supporting global PA engineering, marketing and operations data management and maintenance activities principally in the AMER region and in coordination with the global PA team. In addition, you will proactively expedite the timely and effective implementation of supporting product assembly new product releases and existing product design changes in support of engineering and manufacturing goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process ECR packages that are submitted to assure conformance to configuration management standards and procedures. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documentation, drawings, and commercial correspondence. Enter data into ERP system (SAP) along with additional engineering support databases. File management administration. Create and/or extend new P/Ns, BOMs and documents into SAP system in identified plant code. Coordinate and maintained Engineering Documentation, Material Master, Document Information and Bill of Materials in SAP Support and respond in a timely manner to all inquiries and issues coming from Customer Service, Field Personnel, Tech Service, Pricing, Costing, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product Line Managers. Manage/expedite Standard orders for systems and parts for key accounts. Take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margins aligned with the Marketing team. Conduct special-request projects involving pricing and competitive intelligence aligned with Marketing and Commercial teams. Support Product Line Managers (PLM’s) with ERP and quoting systems, ensuring pricing data is both current and accurate. Support product management with monthly analysis of existing transactional level data to identify price/margin erosion, recommending and implementing appropriate strategies to reverse these erosions Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background. More than 5+ years SAP experience Minimum 5 years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software. Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports. Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information. Ability to organize workload and to manage filing methods and management techniques. Be familiar with SAP Central Data Management system and Power BI. Have solid knowledge of Engineering Change Request /Order process. Skilled at communication and change management. Be able to work independently and proactively with teamwork spirit, good ability of problem solving. Be able and willing to work under pressure, be positive and optimistic. Travel Required 5%
