Long-Term We’re looking for an experienced Records and Information Management (RIM) System Analyst Developer with a strong background in FileNet P8 development and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced problem-solving skills, technical expertise in IBM ECM tools, and the ability to support both immediate issues and long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop Java/JSP and Dojo widget-based applications related to FileNet Provide problem analysis and recommend effective solutions Prioritize and resolve technical issues promptly Prepare and maintain documentation and procedures Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders Flexibility to work after hours/weekends for critical tasks
Must-Have Expertise:
2-5 years of experience in ECM application development Development experience using FileNet P8 APIs , IBM Content Navigator (ICN) or IBM Case Manager Skilled in customizing filters, plugins, and UI components in ICN Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience:
Deep knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 Platform , Case Manager , Enterprise Records Familiarity with workflow systems , taxonomy , and object store configurations Technical skills in Java , Dojo , JSON , SQL , WebSphere (WAS) Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, or Jira Understanding of SSL certificate management , HTML5-based viewers , and tools like Kofax Capture or IBM DataCap
