Long-term Contract Job Description We are seeking a Records and Information Management (RIM) System Analyst Developer to support application development and integration related to IBM FileNet and related enterprise content management (ECM) platforms. This is a long-term onsite opportunity based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical development expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in ECM systems, particularly with IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business problems and develop custom Java/JSP and Dojo widget-based applications for FileNet Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while contributing to long-term solution strategies Recommend solutions and enhancements to improve system performance and maintainability Develop and document operating procedures and application logic Provide regular updates and status reports to managers and end users Support urgent tasks after hours or on weekends as needed Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) application development Hands-on experience with FileNet P8 APIs , integration services, and web services Proficiency with IBM Content Navigator (ICN) or IBM Case Manager , including customization of: Searches and filters Plugins (services, filters, UI components) Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with core FileNet P8 components and tools: IBM Content Manager, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Case Manager Knowledge of content architecture: Object Stores, Documents, Metadata, Inherited Security, Taxonomies Experience with: Custom widgets and business rules Workflow concepts, roles, and in-baskets Plugin development in Java, Dojo, JSON, EDS WebSphere (WAS), Content Search Services, Case Analyzer SSL certificate management (Java keytool, IBM iKeyman) Experience with SQL Server/SQL Queries Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, Jira Experience with
