out of 5 stars New Orleans, LA Where You Will Work Our Collaboration Hub in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, Louisiana, serves as an important location for our global support groups, including investor relations, finance, engineering, marketing, communications, and information technology. Employees in New Orleans mostly follow a hybrid schedule where they collaborate virtually and may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings or training. Description Under general supervision, provide administration, monitoring, support, and reporting for Internet of Things applications and telemetry systems. Provide deployment/execution on technology-related projects and guidance on the applicability of available solutions. Partner with corporate and site based IoT personnel to assist and consult on project deployments. Actively participate in IoT-related communities of practice related to assigned applications and business processes. Manage the organization of IoT application servers, cloud resources, and physical IoT devices/infrastructure. Coordinate installations, upgrades, and enhancements. Develop interfaces which provide integrated data from numerous real-time IoT systems for data consumers. Provide advanced support for issues regarding the system health, functionality and performance of servers, applications, databases, interfaces, cloud resources and reports/dashboards. Create reports using advanced querying and report-building standard tools and maintain existing reports to account for system changes or changes in client/operational requirements. Plan enhancements to current systems and coordinate the implementation of these plans with vendors, application owners and other involved parties. Actively participate and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance and site operational goals, and act as a champion of IoT security and best practices. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a mining-related Engineering discipline and one (1) year of experience in an Engineering, System Administration or Technology Support role, including an intermediate understanding of IoT infrastructure, and cloud data concepts and usage. OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a mining-related Engineering discipline and three (3) years of progressive experience with IoT solutions development, implementation, and integration projects, including an intermediate understanding of IoT infrastructure, and cloud data concepts and usage. OR High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in IoT technology, software, infrastructure, or computer systems maintenance and application support, including an intermediate understanding of IoT infrastructure, and cloud data concepts and usage. Must be customer service-oriented and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills. Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written.
Criteria/Conditions:

What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $82,000-$113,000 . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
