You’ll support and maintain the backbone of our IT systems—keeping things running, secure, and up to date. You’ll be solving real-world infrastructure challenges while helping us grow smarter, safer, and more connected.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
Administer on-premise and cloud Windows environments, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
Configure and manage Hyper-V virtual servers, clusters, and disaster recovery processes.
Monitor network performance, administer VPN and wireless systems, and apply best practices for security.
Lead help desk efforts, provide technical guidance, and maintain documentation.
Implement IT projects, oversee hardware lifecycle, and contribute to cross-functional technology improvements.
Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, Informatics or similar 4-year degree OR 4-6 years related work experience in lieu of degree
Required 4-6 years’ experience Systems Administration, Virtual Server Administration (Microsoft Hyper-V), and Security Administration
Required 3 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
Required 2 years’ experience with Active Directory, Azure AD sync What will give you an edge:
Certifications like MS 365 Administrator Expert or Cisco CCNP.
Familiarity with Cisco Networking, firewalls, VOIP systems, and Helpdesk ticketing tools.
