The Role:

Individual Contributor External Facing Role Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Consultant / Config Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Facets, PCA, Claims Workflow and SQL with a background in Benefits Configuration, Commercial, ASO, Medicare & Medicaid LOBs. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to Facets, PCA and Workflow ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the config support and implementation of Facets, PCA and Workflow
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Facets, PCA, Workflow and related technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues.
  • Manage project budgets resources and timelines to achieve project objectives within constraints.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
