Job Location:
St. Louis, MO | Remote Responsibilities + Analyze and document healthcare processes related to Medicare membership enrollment. + Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and new features. + Query and analyze data from the Oracle database to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. + Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs. + Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Medicare membership enrollment system.
