Then this position may be just what you are looking for! The Maine Municipal Association is currently accepting resumes for the position of Systems Analyst . This position encompasses professional, technical, and administrative work involved in the development and maintenance of the Association’s complex data and infrastructure systems. You can expect to routinely meet with a diverse group of users to design, analyze and specify the Association’s business needs to provide effective solutions. This position will work closely with outside consultants involved in the implementation of any acquired software. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical terminology to the MMA user group and be able to deal effectively with a wide variety of people both in person and over the telephone. A working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and further understanding of the Python, R, and C# languages are ideal for this position. Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary for this position. This position requires daily interaction with end user staff to resolve problems with MMAs enterprise applications. Maine Municipal has an excellent work environment that fosters collaboration. This is a full-time in-house position based in Augusta, Maine with up to 2-days of teleworking opportunities available upon completion of a 6-month probationary period. Salary commensurate with experience and training plus a comprehensive benefit package. This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been chosen.
