Business Process Analyst Location :

: Mebane, NC (Remote) Job Summary The Business Process Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of global inquiry to remittance digitization tools including: product configurators, CAD software, and other tools and applications used throughout the inquiry to remittance process for ABB electrical products You will be required to work closely with a cross-functional project team to document requirements, create and execute test plans, as well as train and assist users.

• Assist in the documentation of functional requirements and specifications related to developing product configuration and other digitization tools
• Define and develop product rules to ensure valid product configurations
• Ensure tool outputs satisfy the needs of their intended users
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration and other digitization tools
• Provide training and guidance to users of the tools #
