What you will doAsa Principal Consultant, you will be working within the team toensure successful delivery of projects.

You will:

Participate as the Functional Lead of a project team during theproduct/platform implementation. Execute business process analysis, evaluation, and designefforts in order to develop a solution that aligns the customer’soperational and strategic goals, and resolves challenges, throughthe implementation, development, and configuration of Intappsoftware. Produce organized, detailed, but easily consumed designdocumentation for purposes of capturing and conveyingdesign/development/configuration of Intapp software. Translate business processes and requirements into businessprocess flow documentation, solution design, and systemconfigurations to support client’s desired future state. Support project Technical Lead in the implementation of thecustomer’s design. Deliver product/platform training to customers on the developedand configured solution(s). Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to thecustomer whilst supporting them through their change managementjourney. Support other Intapp operations such as Support, CustomerSuccess, Product, and more. Create and maintain centralized implementation and trainingsupport collateral for use throughout implementation teams.

What youwill needAt least three years’ experience in a consultant orbusiness analyst role, ideally working with enterprise cloudsoftware and complex integrations. Experience in legal billingwould be an advantage. Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professionalwith strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competingprojects. Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtfulcommunicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills. Personable and collaborative. Demonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business andprofessional environments. Comfortable working independently. Objective and goal-oriented professional who is used toachieving targets.
