  • As a Senior Salesforce Business Solution Analyst, you will work closely with our Service, Operations and Sales business owners and cross functionally across LPL Financial along with our Salesforce Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, QA team design and deliver solutions for our Service and Support organization within LPL
  • This role combines business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise, focusing on understanding business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions
  • You will analyze processes, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure they align with business goals and technical capabilities
Requirements Gathering:

Facilitate sessions to understand business needs, document requirements, and identify gaps

    Process Analysis:

    Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation

      Solution Design:

      Design and propose Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, considering both functional and technical aspects

        User Story Development:

        Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria Skills Sfdc, apex, lightning, api, salesforce financial services cloud, erpss, salesforce, Agile, scrum, financial services Top Skills Details Sfdc,apex,lightning,api,salesforce financial services cloud,erpss,salesforce Additional Skills & Qualifications

        • Create mockups, workflow/system flows diagrams, data mapping, use cases, etc. Documents Use Cases and Process Flows as needed to frame solution for UX and Dev teams
        Data Analysis:

        Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making

          Data Management:

          Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity within Salesforce

            Prioritization:

            Prioritize features and functionalities based on business needs and customer feedback

              Market Research:

              Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends

                Stakeholder Management:

                Manage expectations of different stakeholders, including customers and internal

                  Product Backlog:

                  Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories

                    Collaboration:

                    Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure product alignment; Coordinate with other stakeholders as needed and represents stakeholders vision & requirements to the technology team
