Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Configuration Manager with strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the full ServiceNow SecOps and GRC suite, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management and security objectives. Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain multiple ServiceNow applications, with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules.
Implement and manage integrations to enhance risk management and vulnerability response capabilities.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase platform efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Provide training and mentorship on best practices for using ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective configuration and reporting. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration management, specifically in GRC and SecOps modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with the full suite of GRC and SecOps features, including configuration, risk management, policy and compliance.
Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow modules. Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications in GRC and/or SecOps.
Certifications in Agile methodologies and/or security frameworks.
Experience with integrating third-party tools and platforms into ServiceNow.
Additional certifications in Agile or cybersecurity are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires 8-10 years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on configuration management and ServiceNow platform architecture. Certifications
ServiceNow GRC and SecOps certifications preferred.
