Specialized Business/Systems Analyst IV
Top Requirements:
End to end testing
Previous Spectrum/Charter is required to understand the billers (CSG/ICOMS)
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Level IV 10+ Years
Testing experience specifically end to end is needed, knowledge around service delivery and construction process
Ability to learn quickly and move swiftly
Innovative- looking for someone who will make testing processes more efficient vs just do the work
Outside the box thinker
