Modis is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analystto participate in the success of multiple projects. Thesuccessful candidate will be a strong team player, able to reactquickly and demonstrated success in delivering quality, highperforming analysis. They will also need to exhibit theability to deliver integrated solutions across multiple teams. Job Description The business systems consultant will support the Foundational Dataenterprise data warehouse technical team in all areas of analyticand operational activities including, but not limited to, dataanalysis, requirements gathering, documentation, coordination,process management, and testing. He or she will partner withtechnical, analytical, and business resources to ensure allparties’ needs are met most effectively. This resource will possessa high attention to detail, will have solid technical writingskills, and will be self-directed. He or she will be supporting theFoundational Data team including enterprise projects andback-filling resources. Basic Requirements
- 7+ years ofexperience in business systems analysis Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years ofexperience and data analysis in a data warehouse environmentincluding querying large sets of data
- 5+ years ofexperience technical writing including process documentation,reference guides, and requirements
- 3+ years oftesting experience in a data warehouse environment includingwriting test plans/scripts, coordinating testing activity, andperforming testing
- 3+ years ofprocess coordination including scheduling meetings, monitoringaction plans, and escalating issues
- Proven experiencedesigning systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes anddocumenting the process flows, instructions, and checklists for theteam to follow.
- Must be able tocommunicate effectively across a wide range of audiences
- Must pay closeattention to detail and be self-directed Preferred Requirements
