9 months Must haveCapital Markets, Investment Bank or Private Equity experience Weare seeking a business-savvy operations analyst with strongexposure to private market investment teams and a keen ability totranslate operational needs into effective technology solutions.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of business operationsand technology, with a focus on improving workflows, ensuringtimely solution delivery, and maintaining accountability acrossdevelopment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with frontoffice teams across Private Markets, including: Origination,underwriting, and private lending Real estate debt and equityPrivate equity and fund-of-funds investment teams Identifyoperational inefficiencies and workflow challenges; proposescalable, system-aligned solutions Serve as abusiness-to-technology translator (75% business / 25% technical) toensure alignment between user needs and development outputsDocument and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle: Defineproblems, gather requirements, propose solutions Coordinate withdevelopment teams on build efforts Oversee testing, sign-off, andimplementation Track and report progress using Azure DevOps (AzDo),ensuring tasks are properly entered, updated, and monitoredMaintain clear records and accountability among stakeholdersthroughout the project lifecycle Support ongoing improvements andsystem enhancements in alignment with enterprise architecture andtechnical standards

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
