HumanFirstDIGITAL Role Description:

We are seeking a Power BI Specialist to support large-scale capital projects by providing actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in documentation, configuration management, and project coordination. You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports Analyze data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities Manage and maintain project documentation and status reports Enforce and support established project processes and standards Maintain configuration management tools and systems Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams Provide administrative and operational support to the project team Required Qualifications Proven experience with Power BI – dashboard and report development Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process adherence Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Knowledge of configuration management is a plus You’ll have (Qualification & Experience): Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
