Job Description
Requirements Management Specialist Job Description The Requirements Management Specialist using Siemens Teamcenter will play a pivotal role in assisting with the implementation of the requirements management module in Teamcenter. This position involves defining necessary processes and supporting organizational change, including training, procedures, communications, and conversions from IBM ELM software. Responsibilities + Provide specialist support for the implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management software to ensure seamless integration with existing project management systems. + Develop, maintain, and update requirements management processes and documentation within Siemens Teamcenter. + Ensure accurate configuration management and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance requirements management efficiency and effectiveness. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, changes, and updates within Siemens Teamcenter. + Facilitate clear and effective communication between the digital engineering team, project managers, and other stakeholders. + Provide training and support to team members on the use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements Management software. + Identify potential risks related to requirements management and develop mitigation strategies. + Generate and distribute regular requirements status reports to stakeholders. + Provide guidance and support to the digital engineering team to ensure adherence to requirements management processes. Essential Skills + Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter. + Ability to work in complexity. + Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Familiarity with project management software and tools. + Attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Knowledge of configuration management principles is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates degree with nuclear or capital projects experience. + 2-5 years of experience in requirements management, documentation, traceability, project lifecycle, and process improvements. + Knowledge of next-generation nuclear reactor development. Work Environment The work environment includes an open office collaboration area with a heavy emphasis on engineering and R D activities. Ideally, work will be onsite in Wilmington, but remote work may be considered. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $60.00/hr.
