SoftPro is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist on our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Team in the Raleigh, NC office or as a remote employee. Join our CIAM team working on implementing Okta – the leading-edge cloud identity management solution – into all applications across the organization! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that has a direct impact on security and customer satisfaction by improving the authentication experience. The CIAM development team is looking for a well-rounded Configuration Management Specialist to join their awesome team. The primary responsibility of the Configuration Management Specialist is to deploy, test, configure and administer Okta tenants. This team member will also be working closely with architects and business partners on bug fixes, improvements to existing code and new capabilities. What will I do as a Configuration Management Specialist on the CIAM Team at SoftPro? Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code to work with an Identity Provider (Okta) to automate creation of OAuth 2.0/OpenIdConnect configurations Scope of the configurations will include users, groups, applications, authorization servers, and policies (password, sign on, multifactor, and authorization server) Act as an administrator of multiple Okta tenants, with an understanding of how to navigate the Okta Admin Portal, validate configuration values, and utilize system logs to identify issues Perform Integration and UI testing using an existing .NET testing framework to validate configuration works as expected Leverage Azure DevOps pipelines to deploy configuration to multiple Okta tenants using environment variables and release pipeline stages Develop user migration strategies using C# /.NET / SQL on an existing user migration platform (bulk import tool) Communicate with application teams to provide configuration details and troubleshoot configuration issues Work closely with architects and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities Follow agile development practices Work collaboratively and cohesively in a great team environment What skills do I need to be a successful CIAM Confirmation Management Specialist at SoftPro?

Required Skills:

High competency with Okta or a comparable Identity Provider Solution such as Microsoft Entra (Workforce or B2C) High competency with OAuth 2.0 and OpenIdConnect High competency with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code Understanding of Authorization Code, Refresh Token, and Client Credentials grant types Understanding of Authorization Servers, including OpenIdConnect scopes, custom scopes, and access and refresh token lifetimes Understanding of Multifactor Authenticators, including SMS, Voice, and Authenticator App Understanding of Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) / User Groups Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps Experience with Test Driven Development Strong ability to read and absorb technical documentation quickly

Desired Skills:
