And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary The primary role of an ID Card analyst consists of designing, auditing, and releasing ID cards for printing and mailing. Using a system provided by the print vendor, analyst will program the information that will print on a client’s ID cards – customizing as requested. Will use plan documents to determine what information to put on ID card and manually enter that into the vendor system. Work cross functionally to understand unique client requests/needs and work that into the best layout option. Opportunity to work creatively to produce aesthetically pleasing cards for each client.

Auditing:

Analyst will have both daily and mass mailing cards to audit each day for accuracy. Auditing live cards against approved samples. Identifying problems with live cards and correcting them within the system or coordinating with other departments to correct the data. Complete daily and monthly tracking using Excel and Salesforce. Additional responsibilities include working on process improvements, user testing, and update existing client setups. Required Qualifications 2+ years in administrative experience. Detail oriented individual that can notice subtle differences between documents. Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook). Professional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Ability to multi-task. Self-driven, problem solver. Education High School Diploma or GED. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
