Job Description:
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support Client’s Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS/CSM) applications. This role includes development, customization, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows
Customize modules for Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Develop integrations via APIs and web services
Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform stability
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery
Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and system upgrades
