- Friday 06/17/2025 Job Description Overview This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ.
This position provides support for the strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of business process enhancements and improvements required to drive scale and meet Bank objectives. Works directly with leadership, team leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders to project manage, implement business processes and initiatives along with resource and financial management that will enable the business unit to increase and enhance production, while satisfying financial, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements. Responsibilities Data Analysis
- Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs data analysis, effectively communicates and providing analysis output. Business Strategy
- Supports current plans, processes, and requirements that identify factors negatively affecting the business unit. Aids in the delivery of strategies and solutions that address identified issues, coordinating business efforts to achieve success. Provides support in creating internal communications for the business. Project Management
- Supports and Leads projects, serving as a resource to the business unit or organization. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters. Aids in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors. Reporting
- Produces reports based on analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities.
Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and tracks effectiveness of implemented enhancements. Creates specifications, project plans, and other documentation in support of business initiatives.
