system. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that the ERP system is supporting organizational needs and objectives, assisting in configuration, training, troubleshooting, and system upgrades becoming the subject matter expert to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as technology and process functional expert for the Infor
VISUAL ERP
system.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth system integration and processes.
- Administer and maintain Infor VISUAL and associated databases, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Manage and maintain system security, access controls, and data integrity within Infor VISUAL.
- Support and participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including end user process documentation.
- Gather data from Finance, Procurement, and Production departments to identify business needs and configure the ERP system to meet these needs.
- Implement and test system updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide end user support and training for all Infor application processes and resolve all reported support issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor VISUAL and integrated systems.
- Analyze data from the system to identify trends and insights.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with 5 plus years’ experience with ERP system configuration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of SQL Databases, Synoptix, and SSRS.
- Strong understanding of ERP system configuration, module integration, and database management.
- Experience with Infor VISUAL customization and troubleshooting.
- Ability to map business processes to INFOR Visual and ensure software meets the needs of all stakeholders within the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Precise attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of ERP project-based systems within the defense industry, a plus.
- Familiar with manufacturing, supply chain, and/or finance processes, a plus.
- Capable of moving up to 25 pounds.
