We are looking for an individual who has a passion for business analysis and is interested in growing their business analyst skills.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• + Gather requirements using various techniques including JAD and one-on-one interviews+ Write clear and detailed functional specifications on new and enhances system functionality+ Work directly with development staff on a project team to implement proposed functionality+ Communicate with the business sponsor and stakeholders on proposed design and gather feedback on implemented designs+ Act as central point of contact for developers and QA staff throughout duration of project+ Provide updates on deliverables to the project manager on a timely basis•The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.

• Required Skills
• + Ability to learn systems by investigation and inquiry+ Thorough understanding of either Waterfall or Agile/Scrum SDLC+ Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers+ Self-starter abilities in order to quickly come up to speed on project assignments
• Qualifications
• + Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent required+ 1+ years as a systems analyst working in a technical environment; experience in requirements gathering and specification writing in designated area: business rules, workflow and screen design

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
