Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a Fleet Systems Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to support the monitoring and optimization of computerized vehicle, vessel, and equipment information systems. This hybrid role is based in Cheektowaga, NY and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical systems supporting fleet and marine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Systems Management:

Develop, monitor, and update computerized information systems related to fleet and marine equipment.

Operational Analysis & Process Improvement:

Conduct analyses and special studies to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. System Administration (Holman Insights): Support implementation, integration, and maintenance of asset information in fleet management systems. Liaison for CMMS Support (Maximo): Act as the primary contact for system support related to fleet and marine asset tracking.

Reporting & Dashboard Development:

Create and maintain periodic reports, improve existing reporting processes, and develop performance dashboards using tools like Power BI.

Required Skills:

Proven ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, Tables, and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI Experience managing and maintaining information systems or databases Excellent analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data Clear and effective verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Experience in fleet or marine operations is preferred but not required Familiarity with Maximo and Holman software is a plus
