This role blends technical and analytical work, helping users manage data, improve reporting, and optimize fleet operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update fleet and equipment data systems Analyze operations and recommend improvements Support asset data integration and system administration Serve as liaison for CMMS support (e.g., Maximo) Develop and manage reports and KPI dashboards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage data, reports, and technical systems Experience with Maximo or Holman software is a plus Fleet or marine operations experience preferred
