Project Support Location:

100% Remote Salary range: $47k-52k/annual Our client is seeking a Project Support professional to assist with a variety of tasks including data analysis, financial reporting, and purchasing processes. The role involves analyzing project financials, troubleshooting issues, and providing overall support to ensure the smooth operation of project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision. Parse data and present it in a meaningful format for various project teams. Analyze project financials and budgets to ensure accuracy and adherence to project goals. Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and take appropriate action with initiative.

Utilize SAP to:

Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders. Troubleshoot and resolve errors or issues with attention to detail. Process receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field. 3 years of experience in construction and project management. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, with expertise in Excel functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, algorithms, and other advanced features.
