Business Systems Analyst

Job Description Our client, a global ecommerce company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully remote role working with their team based out of the central time zone. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and documentation skills, have the ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines!
Role Overview:
Contract Duration:
3 months, potential to extend
Pay:
$50-60/hr on W2
Schedule:
Fully remote, CST hours preferred due to team set up
Responsibilities:
Ensure business requirements are clearly defined for Genesys Cloud routing
Design and support scalable routing frameworks
Assist with system configurations, integration planning, and validation for Genesys Cloud
Develop user stories and process diagrams
Support UAT and troubleshoot production issues
Monitor usage patterns and system performance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a BSA or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud
Strong understanding of contact center operations
Ability to work in a SCRUM team workflow
College Degree with an IT concentration
Jira experience
