Job Summary:
Analyzes designated systems and provides system support and implementation including hardware, software and network components.
Education/Licenses:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Responsibilities:
Oversees installations, configuration and upgrades of designated information systems. Provides analysis regarding system performance, quality and operations. Installs, upgrades and helps maintain all PC hardware and software for end users. Captures functional requirements. Provide assistance with technical design, prototypes, proof of concepts, and documentation. Analyzes work flows and identifies appropriate use of information systems and software functionality. Troubleshoots application problems including performance issues, downed systems, application failure, or problems accessing system resources. Is able to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations.

Other duties as assigned. The pay range for this position is $18.53 – $28.92/hour
