Job Description
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Sales Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to develop and maintain effective strategic relationships in assigned account(s). Build a foundation and a holistic business planning within assigned strategic accounts on which to harvest future Services business opportunities. Act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer representing the SAP Services organization and act as a strategic trusted advisor for assigned account(s) to establish and develop SAP footprint covering customer’s growth areas. Utilize SAP Intelligent tools and standards to support the customer’s decision process.
Orchestrate resources:
deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales. Accountable booking and revenue Services targets for assigned account(s). Generate and manage opportunities and bids, deal closure through formal sales cycle. Advance and close sales opportunities
- through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
Sell the complete Services portfolio aligned to customer needs and strategic priorities. Accountable for sales hand-over to delivery, a key Stakeholder in the customer steering committee for the execution of services, securing alignment with the customer key business goals defined in the buying process. Mentor and leader SAE and VAT team members on building and sharing best practice sales and advance negotiation skills. Collaborate with the SAP ecosystem and technology partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
- Navigate SAP back-office support and position appropriate services to end customers to fix problems; “`{=html}“
- Advise and guide customers on the appropriate support/services offerings from SAP; “`{=html}“
- Establish and maintain customer relationships; “`{=html}“
- Advise and guide customers on the future state roadmap of SAP Solutions; “`{=html}“
- Value and solution selling; “`{=html}“
- Customer engagement lifecycles for SAP projects; and “`{=html}“
- SAP Utilities Business Acumen deploying SAP ISU Meter-To-Cash process.
Position does require up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Compensation Range Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is $146,910
- $239,690. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $256,400
- $435,800.
The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
