Role:

The SeniorBusiness Systems Analyst (BSA) role will be responsible forleveraging business process understanding to capture and assessuser requirements to deliver holistic solutions that meetteam/company goals. You will be part of a core team responsible fordesigning, building and maintaining the Salesforce platform andrelated technologies for the Sales operations and Deal deskdepartments. The team’s mission is to drive a coherent, integratedbackbone of supporting software systems that is architected forgrowth, efficiency, and scale. The team is responsible for theoverall global information strategy including systems design,architecture, and roadmap. The Business Systems team is an agileorganization which helps improve company efficiency and supportstrategic business initiatives in partnership with its respectivebusiness stakeholders

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate withstakeholders to gather business requirements and identify processesand user needs to create systems requirements.
• Coordinate withcross functional teams to ensure alignment for seamless end to endcustomer experience.
• Effectively communicate businessrequirements to delivery team for custom development and testing.
• Deliver Salesforce.com platform enhancements for Sales Operationsdepartment as a core member of a team responsible for the design,development, testing and release of enhancements and projects.
• Contribute to cross functional projects for technical developmentthat involve integration between Salesforce and other applications.

What You Will Bring:

• 6-8 years experience in a business systemsdelivery team, preferably for a company that experienced hypergrowth.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analyticalskills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rulerelationships.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillswith a strong customer service attitude.
• Strong understanding ofsales processes (Accounts, Opportunities, Leads).
• Experience withAgile process/ Kanban methodologies.
