Summary:

Designs,builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination andcustomer support (including troubleshooting) for the productdevelopment that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives intothe end user workflows of Summa Health. Additionally, knowledge ofvarious software functionality and maintenance needs are requiredto maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines.

Performs continued collaboration with Operational leaders tomaintain the electronic environment and continued optimizationopportunities for Summa Health.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.

FormalEducation Required:

a. Bachelor’s required or equivalentcombination of education and/or experience. 2.

Experience &Training Required:

a. Certification for all relevant applicationsis required to be obtained within 6 months of hire for allapplication positions, including Epic. b. Two (2) years ofexperience working with healthcare information systems as anapplication administrator or operational end user is required. 3.
