Summary:

Designs,builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination andcustomer support (including troubleshooting) for the productdevelopment that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives intothe workflows of Summa Health. Additionally, knowledge of varioussoftware functionality and maintenance needs are required tomaintain the electronic environment of specified service lines.

Performs independent prioritization of system initiatives in acollaborative team environment. Provides ongoing mentorship withteam members.

Minimum Qualifications:

Formal Education Required:

a. Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of educationand/or experience. 2.

Experience & Training Required:

a.

Certification for all relevant applications is required upon hire.b. Five (5) years of healthcare experience with application supportrequired. c. Previous Epic Cogito or Ambulatory certification orAccreditation Preferred d. Reporting/MIPS/Payer Rosters/AccountableCare Organization experience preferred 3.

Other Skills,Competencies and Qualifications:

a. Excellent analytical skills andproficiency with workflows to foster problem solving. b. Capabilityto understand the application functionality and how it relates todepartments while making recommendations for integration intooperational flow. c. Ability to coordinate cross-team discussionsand collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner. d.

Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solvingtechniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration. e.

Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments,including leading the change. 4.
